Our robust recruitment standards and employment vetting include, but not limited to:

• Basic job role specific numeracy & literacy assessments

• Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check (For work in England & Wales) and/or Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme (For work in Scotland)

• Right to Work validation via our hi-tech electric ID scanners

• Qualification verified, 10 year employment history and professional references

• Valid Mandatory & Statutory training

• Individual client specific training as required

• Professional Indemnity verification
