Review of the gender gap in healthcare

Nursing continues to remain a career avenue occupied predominantly by women.  This can be due to old stereotypes and the general perception that nursing is mainly a female dominated career. In this day and age, it’s still evident that it creates disparity between genders when it comes to salaries and bonuses. However, the gender ratio on a larger scale has seen 'some' growth in terms of men joining the nursing sphere.

Fair treatment for all

The A24 Group, like all health care recruiters, positively strives towards always doing the best they can to ensure that there is no gender-based discrimination on an employee salary scale. As a healthcare recruitment agency, we ensure that all healthcare professionals regardless of age, race and gender are exposed to equal work opportunities and duly aided in progressing their careers.
